Decisions

"It kills productivity and enthusiasm when highly-paid individuals will not make a 50-cent decision. Set a date to make a decision and make it. In most cases it is better to make a wrong decision quickly than no decision at all. By waiting there is no gaurantee that you will make a better decision, and once you find out you've made a bad decision, you can change it and make it right."
